For those unable to attend the Conversational Marketing Summit in New York videos of all the sessions have been posted online.

It's Showtime - Apple Media Event

After rampant speculation Apple finally accounced its special, invite only, media event to be held  at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco. With the "showtime" subject matter the theme will obviously be around movies and TV shows. Will this be the rumored streaming or download movies service from Apple - potentially coupled with a new video iPod? Let the speculation intensify ! What wonderful PR for Apple over the next week as the debate rages. Will the movies have high enough quality to look good on my 1080p screen or will this primarily be a PC / iPod experience ?

The Syndicate Conference (produced by IDG World EXPO ) billed as the premier event for content syndication trends started today in NYC.  Syndicāte is a B2B Conference providing awareness, clarity, education, deal making and strategic business opportunities surrounding the emergence of online media syndication. The program will focus on emerging technologies such as RSS (Really Simple Syndication), for content owners and producers, new media executives, marketers, advertisers and public relations professionals. COMDEX dies again

In a announcement that can hardly be a surprise to anyone, MediaLive, the owners of Comdex have announced the cancellation of Comdex 2005. Alan Meckler's take on events can be found at Comdex Kool-Aid Fantasy

According to the organizers: "Through our continued discourse across the community of IT buyers, vendors and other stakeholders, we've made significant progress," the San Francisco-based company said. "However, considerable work remains to build an industry event to serve the industry as it matures with the same success that Comdex did in its infancy."
